Terms and conditions

These terms govern access to, browsing of and use of GertuGO, as well as the participation of users and providers inside the platform.

1. Purpose

These terms regulate the use of GertuGO and its related features, including account registration, service discovery, profile management, reviews, messaging and professional subscriptions.

2. Eligibility

Use of the platform is limited to people over 18 years of age with sufficient legal capacity to enter into contracts and accept legal obligations.

Users must provide accurate and up to date information and may not use the platform fraudulently or against good faith.

3. Account and access

Each account is personal and non-transferable. The user is responsible for protecting credentials, OTP codes and any other access mechanisms.

4. Service listings and professional profiles

Providers are responsible for the content they publish, the accuracy of prices, descriptions, images, availability and the legality of their activity.

GertuGO may moderate, limit or remove content when it detects security risks, illegality, fraud, abuse or breaches of platform rules.

5. Messaging, reviews and conduct

Chat, reviews and any interaction must be used respectfully, truthfully and in connection with the activity carried out on the platform.

6. Subscriptions and plan changes

Providers may subscribe to plans with different features. The availability of benefits, visibility and tools depends on the active plan at any given time.

Plan cancellations, renewals and downgrades are handled according to the current subscription flow in GertuGO and the conditions of the integrated payment provider.

7. Limitation of liability

GertuGO does not guarantee permanent and uninterrupted availability of the service and is not liable for acts, omissions or breaches by third-party users or providers.

It is also not liable for damages arising from unauthorized access, network failures, temporary downtime or incorrect information provided by third parties.

8. Governing law

These terms are interpreted in accordance with applicable Spanish and European law. When appropriate, disputes will be submitted to the courts having jurisdiction over the consumer or the legal controller, as applicable.
